Hi there! I’m Michelle Kiseo, MPA 

— a passionate VA Coach and the founder of The VA Blueprint and Virtually Empowered Women. 

With over a decade of experience in administration, customer service, freelancing, and project management, I’ve built a career grounded in purpose, flexibility, and freedom. My journey took me from a background in Banking, Finance, and Public Administration to becoming a coach and mentor for aspiring Virtual Assistants.
